I found the Quality to be good, I had no issues with anything not working. Simple as can be, you pop those babies in & immediately your in business. It certainly makes a difference in the way your rack looks but also functions.
All work as designed with no issues. Remember to insert the bottom at a slight angle, then "snap" the latch in. To remove, insert a thin blade to release the latch, press down (rear) so the latch comes out (inside). Then remove it. My patch panel has a small slot in the front to aid in removal. I had to rearrange a couple that's how I learned this. Great buy
